Our aim is to get you in safely & quickly with the least amount of hassle or stress. We do not install cheap generic locks, we can also offer and install high-security locks if required as an upgrade alternative. All services are discussed upfront with the options and prices first.

We also offer upgrades to any of your existing security with advice and help, tailored to the individual. We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. We will never create unnecessary work and abide by the Master Locksmiths code of practice. We supply a large range of leading brands including Ultion, Yale, Union, Era, Ingersoll, Banham, and Chubb. This offers our customers greater reliability as parts come with an excellent manufacturer’s guarantee, usually a minimum of 12 months depending on the brand. So you can rest assured that any product producing a fault supplied by HalesLocks will be replaced free of charge within the first 12 months.
