Good honest work. After seeing photos gave a scenario of potential issues before coming out and the costs involved. The mechanism in my double glazed door had failed and Shane ultimately replaced this as quoted. Arrived on time as agreed and problem fixed with a warranty provided. No call out charge. If you need a local locksmith then I do not hesitate to recommend Shane. I would definitely call him again if required.

I called Shane when the lock on my back door failed. He was absolutely brilliant. Fixed an entire new mechanism, which works far better than the original ever did.
